He is frequently quoted on tax and estate planning matters in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, NY Times, and Washington Post. He will be speaking on \n \nEstate Planning HOT TOPICS!\n \nHOT TOPICS to include: \n recent developments related to gift and estate tax planning relevant updates in Florida state law as to fiduciary investment and UFIPA as to the power to adjust planning techniques more effective in the current economic environment \n \n \n   Registration and Breakfast: Starts at 7:30 a.m.\n \n   Seminar: Promptly Starts at 8:30 a.m.\n \n   Lunch: Starts at 11:30 a.m.\n \n   Golf: Tournament Starts at 1:00 p.m.\n \nAlong with wonderful food, atmosphere, speaker, and topic we will be holding our Golf Tournament for your chance to house the traveling trophy of the EPC of Naples Success Event winning foursome.
